POSITION:  Maintenance

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required
• Five (5) years experience in school maintenance work or a relevant trade preferred
• Repair, maintenance and installation skills, knowledge and experience in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial/commercial electrical systems, and plumbing skills preferred
• Must be able to work at heights required for work on roof systems and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must pass physical examination, TB test, and a throrough background check.

SALARY:  Negotiated in accordance with experience
